Did you forget your password or want to change it to something new?

IT@MP can reset your password and send a new one to the personal email account that you used for enrolment.

Or if you know your current password and want to change it, you can do that too.

Here are some IT@MP tips to setting a strong password:

• Make it minimum 15 characters in length
• Use different words
• Have spaces between the words
• Use upper and lower case, numbers and special characters if you want to
